- No architecture review is available for the development work, though a Technology VP is present, who is only concerned about the money received from the clients. - Current Technology VP isn't concerned about the quality of work delivered. - Management doesn't encourage the developers to spend time on analysis. - Work of a particular project gets streamlined only when an escalation happens from the respective client. - 2nd and 5th Saturdays are fully working days.
