Poorly managed: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Graduate Coach en InGenius Prep

Poor management. Worked for this company for years. Saw multiple instances in which other team members left the company for unknown reasons and leadership forbade us from saying anything to the student. Students would be emailing a deactivated account, asking why the emails bounced back, and we were unable to give any explanation (in the middle of application season, no less). Employee turnover is very high, for good reason, as the pay is low for services provided with minimal room for advancement within the company. Very poor communication with staff members overall - it did not feel like a team environment and we were often left in the dark about policy changes from leadership.
