      Ventajas

      Remote work is the main plus. I was drawn to what seemed like a successful company and hoped that would reflect on day-to-day operations.

      Desventajas

      -Company gets rated well on Inc. magazine but couldn't be further from the truth -Elitist, neurotic clients who demand expensive babysitting but complain that it's babysitting when their kids do nothing -Incompetent project 'managers' who only repeat clients' whining

      Ventajas

      Flexible schedule for most part. Coworkers are all very nice and everyone there respects work- life boundaries. Supportive and collaborative coworkers as well.

      Desventajas

      Hours can be difficult at times. Working with lots of people in Asia- that’s the job though.
