      Ventajas

      -Everyone you'll meet here (even outside of your team) is very friendly and truly makes an effort to get to know you as a person -Lots of virtual initiatives (lunch games, coffee chats, etc) that let you meet new people that you might not work with on a day to day basis -Work is super diverse and you're not doing the same tasks every day!

      Desventajas

      None! I really enjoyed my time here and highly recommend it to anyone looking to strengthen their marketing skills in a fast paced work environment

      Surround yourself with brilliant, dedicated people. Work on products that are cutting edge, unique and solve today's problems. Immerse yourself in a culture that allows you to be yourself and lets you perform at your best because of it. Then be prepared to work your tail off. That is a guarantee. The beauty of working hard for InFlight is that you will love every minute of it. No silly meeting. No company politics. Just great people and great “work”. You are challenged and inspired to put in your best effort and you can’t wait to see what this team will do next.

      Desventajas

      I am sure there are some. If you are look hard enough for problems you will always find one. It is great that none come to mind. I've worked for small startups and fortune 100 corporations and could instantly list cons for each. Not the case at InFlight.
