      Desventajas

      * Need to be a self-starter and be able to manage your own workload/priorities * Need to be a good communicator, as both team members and clients will be remote and in different time zones * Need to be able to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate needs of the business and clients

The beauty of working hard for InFlight is that you will love every minute of it. No silly meeting. No company politics. Just great people and great “work”. You are challenged and inspired to put in your best effort and you can’t wait to see what this team will do next.

      Desventajas

      I am sure there are some. If you are look hard enough for problems you will always find one. It is great that none come to mind. I've worked for small startups and fortune 100 corporations and could instantly list cons for each. Not the case at InFlight.
