Ventajas

You get to work with Oracle DB which in this case can benefit an intern or complete junior.

Desventajas

The wage for working with outdated, legacy, bad technologies as experienced professional is insulting. Not even covering commute expenses is extra layer of exploitation, or you are expected to live across the street. Remote work is treated with disdain, in favour of obsolete model of open space office (more like a small classroom), and wasting time on standups where 1% is your concern. Did I say obsolete, archaic, legacy tech? It's not about following modern trends, but do you really want to endlessly patch legacy monolith systems in zombie stack such as Oracle Forms for the rest of your days?
