I worked there for 3 weeks. There is absolutely no structure and each day there is a new way of doing the same exact job. They lie and say you will be paid by the amount of trucks you work on but constantly move you around so you are unaware of the amount of money you should be paid. They will place a heavier workload on strong workers while the majority of the staff a trying to do a little as possible causing unhealthy work environments. The leadership team spends more time focusing on stating random and cliche rhetoric and flirting with other warehouse workers rather than forming a consistent and solid system in which employees can thrive. Workers constantly smell of Marijuana and liquor in a warehouse. Basically this company will hire anyone who has a body to attempt to get cheap labor and cut as many corners as it can to do so
