Ventajas

They have some really good clients.

Desventajas

The owner is unorganized and does not support her team that is there for the clients. Also, being a Fractional support does not allow you to feel like part of any company, including HR-Rethought. The owner lies about people when they leave to make her look better. Saw this many times. Look at their turnover rate. It's bad for a reason. And extremely low compensation for the level of Consultants you expect.

Ventajas

The team is fantastic and truly dedicated, with great collaboration and camaraderie among employees. Everyone works hard and supports one another, which makes for a positive and productive work environment. However, clearer guidance and communication from the owner would significantly enhance the team's direction and overall success. They have some great clients that are supported by great Consultants. There is just mistrust due to the high turnover of Consultants that Clients are starting to question the culture of HRR.

Desventajas

While the team works hard, there are several challenges at the leadership level. The owner does not consistently follow through on promises and lacks transparency in communication. There's also no structured onboarding process for clients, often leaving Consultants to navigate what was promised versus what can realistically be delivered, which creates confusion. While values were drafted and talked about, the owner is not walking the walk. The benefits package is very limited—offering only a 401k, with no health insurance or other standard benefits like competitive PTO or sufficient holidays. The pay is significantly below industry standards, especially given the high level of expertise and effort required from Consultants.
