Politics are everywhere. Manager - Engineer relationship is Toxic and they won't communicate things. Life within ODC is really unhealthy. People who have been working here for many years are ruling this place. You don't stand a chance to prove your Worth or Talent. I faced a lot of issues here while I tried to learn and support my team. There was no guidance at all. For experienced guys only, there is a scope. But for a Fresher, they would simply not consider you as a person. There is a no humanity in these people.
