Ventajas
1. Job security 2. Employee Benefits 3. Medical Insurance, extended coverage, Home country medical coverage for onsite employees 4. Decent pay (mine is not that good, but its unbiased review) 5. WFH facility 6. Awesome support during the pandemic, natural disaster etc. 7. Good IT Infrastructure, can do most of the stuffs from portal(s)
Desventajas
1. Even if your job is secured and company takes all measures to ensure job satisfaction/ employee growth, in reality it depends on your team/ business head. Not so easy to change a team or grab better opportunities 2. Few people treat it like Indian PSU jobs and not that supportive, but its not a strong point, they also help if you reach through proper channel/ have a personal conv with them
