Management doesnt care if you have a doctors note for a serious illness, they wont care to keep you around unless its injury at work then they HAVE to excuse you. My efforts seem to go unnoticed no matter how well i preform howeverthe male staff gets bumped up. 2 of their male management stole stuff from the back frequently yet they have loss prevention guys be suspicious of the workers instead. Monitoring the workers not the higher ups instead. Hiring people with no experience and not training them properly. I had to do double the work because one person was too slow and just didint have a clue whats good, what goes online, whats outlet. If something was vintage it was dumped for looking "old". I had to pick up slack so our numbers looked good.
