Ventajas
It's a paycheck and nothing more. No other pros with this company. Wish I there were more pros to full the 20 word minimum.
Desventajas
Extremely low pay. No raises. Was told at interview that I would be full time after 4 weeks; still part time after 2 years (they lie). They now only hire part time to save money. They allow very immature employees to harass others and control how a department is run. They like to dangle carrots. Upper management constantly talk about mission but do not live up to the mission. Very greedy company.
