We are grateful to hear that you enjoyed working with the incredible individuals in the aviation and FBO communities and that building meaningful relationships was a highlight during your time with Go Rentals. We are proud of the strong connections we foster both within our team and with the partners and guests we serve. We regret, however, that your experience with management did not align with the values we strive to uphold as a company. The concerns you’ve raised about communication, treatment of hourly employees, and the recent changes to our compensation and benefits structure are taken very seriously. While we recognize that operational changes have been challenging, these decisions were made with the company's long-term sustainability in mind. That being said, it is never our intention to make any team member feel undervalued or unheard. We are committed to supporting our employees and ensuring that they are treated with the respect and care they deserve. We are constantly evaluating how we can better communicate and provide opportunities for growth and success for all team members, including our hourly employees who play a critical role in our success.
