Ventajas

A California company that has set ground in texas with high attention to customer service. They offer health insurance and the owner seems to be well grounded.

Desventajas

While the customers receive polite and friendly service, the staff does not. Upon working the first day you are to be expected to perform a job for two people. You will be given a company cell phone that not only informs you of your duties but is a direct line to the management to inform you of all your mistakes. Once you made a mistake or error, they will inform you again and again throughout the day to keep you on your toes. While you are performing your duties, you will be interrupted constantly on the whereabouts of your location and you are to inform the management of the tasks you're currently on. The management consist of one manger , no GM, no oversight period. The manager overseas a few employees yet when mistakes are made you will be singled out. You will be made to fell powerless as the manager accuses you of failing to abide by her directions to impossible goals.

Ventajas

I LOVE working for Go Rentals. I am learning and have been able to develop by service and sales skills. You meet amazing people in a luxury environment with opportunities to grow.

Desventajas

So far everything is going well for me. It's what I expected and what was explained during the interview process.

1. Deal/ interact with different people across multiple industries 2. Able to interact/ drive vehicles

Desventajas

1. No one in management cares about employees physical and mental state. 2. Management will gaslight you on a daily basis to emotionally abuse you to cope with their own insecurities. 3. You feel like there is no work life balance due to the natural of the job. 4. The culture of this company used to be good but turned terrible now. I mean like into the terrible side due to HR standards shoved down your throat just to make your work life miserable with extra hoops of work that accomplish absolutely nothing. 5. Any outstanding team members' credit are taken from the management team on a daily basis 6. You spend half of your time correcting your management team and team's mistakes so mediocre people will thrive here. If you like to accomplish anything and or be efficient when you work stay away from this company. They will waste your precious time. Save your sanity. 7. Management will judge you place you where you're suppose to be at based on ethnicity alone people can argue this.
