Ventajas
Some small groups/teams are amazing (Creative, marketing...) The gear is cool.
Desventajas
There isn't a culture of work hard/play hard... its just work hard. Lots of micromanaging in most departments. Extremely disorganized while all the different brands under the Revelyst umbrella consolidate. No end in sight for brand and system consolidation. High turnover. Multiple systems prevent different teams and brands to communicate and collaborate. Lots of systems/programs to manage simple issues, and minimal or non-existent for complex issues and task management. (I was laid off after questioning why projects and tasks are being tracked effectively only via email) Poor communication company-wide, at all levels. I found out I was being laid off when I was paid early, and with PTO payout and In-Lieu disbursements. I had to call HR to ask them why I was being laid off. It felt like the future of the company was dependent on selling the ammo group, as if they didn't have any other plan for success.
