      Ventajas

      The organization fosters a collaborative work environment and provides ample opportunities for skill development. Leadership is supportive, and there is consistent encouragement to take initiative. Serving as SME and acting Team Leader has enhanced my leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Training resources and peer support contribute positively to daily operations.

      Desventajas

      Balancing multiple responsibilities, such as SME and acting leadership roles, can be challenging at times. Recognition for additional contributions may be delayed, though it is eventually acknowledged. Shift flexibility could be better, but schedules are mostly manageable.

      Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

      Desventajas

      People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
