Ventajas

I worked for outbound sales for Sky broadband products - Good training for first few weeks.

Desventajas

- Customers don't trust talking to telesales people from firstsource. The number turns up as 'scam' call and most calls go to voice mail. Be ready to hear a lot of verbal abuse as well. - Two 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute... can't drop the calls or take a toilet break anytime. - Penalty if the call cuts off due to poor internet connection. - The commission targets are shifted once you finished the probation period from achievable 5 sales per week to 20 and criteria of just signing on a customer to actually waiting for the cooling period to finish to earn the commission.

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Desventajas

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
