Ventajas

I met some amazing people, being in that team environment is super helpful when the phone lines are busy. We are all in this together type of feel. I had 2 amazing managers who did everything for our team to be successful and I now use their mgmt style at a different company. Be prepared to be tired after a day of talking on the phones as the job can be tough but also rewarding in certain scenarios. Incentives were always available which always helps.

Desventajas

Downside to working in FirstSource, I guess money was only living wage but for an entry level position it is to be expected

Ventajas

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Desventajas

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
