Desventajas

'Who you know' environment. Many people doing work above their pay grade and then the job being given to a manager's friend or relative when a position is available. Zero support in regards to mental health issues, with many people developing depression/anxiety whilst working for the company. Bonus scheme constantly being changed, so bonus near impossible to get. When new incentives are released, teams will randomly be switched campaigns so they can't take part.

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Desventajas

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
