Ventajas

- Fun and kind management + HR and Training Team - Team lunches and team huddles were something I always look forward to. - In the account I belonged to, we could take our lunch breaks anytime we want as long as it won't exceed 1h and 30m. No RTA bay in the prod floor bc they were already sending us the the metrics and reports thru email - Good atmosphere for BPO newbies

Desventajas

- Mandatory OT's (overtime) - Too little salary raise - Pantries dishes were a little dry, not sure now.

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Desventajas

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
