Ventajas

The only Plus point was that I had a wonderful team to help me get through everyday of my life there

Desventajas

- Very unorganized - Management does not have any concerns for the employees. It sure is on papers and in the offer letter that they give at most care to the employees, but not in reality. - HRs are so incapable of keeping up their word. Sure we do have skip level meetings, one-on-one sessions but no results whatsoever. - Team Leaders have no clue how to coach their team. Not all but majority. There could possibly be only 1 or 2 TLs that know their job properly. - FS cant even afford to put a room freshener in the restrooms. - I have had prior experience in companies that are less reputed but they had way better ethics than here

Ventajas

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Desventajas

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
