Ventajas

I have worked for FS for 6 years and seen growth in the business (most roles were promoted from within which gave real career opportunities), the business cares about us and gives us free fruit daily, free tea coffee and toast, great bonuses, supportive team leaders and invest in training

Desventajas

You have to have flexibility for the shifts, as they ask you to be fully flexible between the hours of 8:30am and 10pm however because they give you your shift pattern so far in advance then you can plan and doesnt really become and issue. Plus any shift you can’t work you can choose to take paid or unpaid leave for it

Ventajas

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Desventajas

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
