Ventajas

Flexible hours/vacation time off and if work p/t , sick kids, etc. Co-workers are friendly. Nice work environment (offsite) but not consistent, client keeps moving you.

Desventajas

Many duties, high demand job/knowledge on healthcare programs/policies with little or no increase in pay. No bonuses. Supervisors micro manage, add lots of extra reports which only takes time away from seeing patients. Some employees do not do their jobs and leave it for others. Communication is terrible between management and employees. Hardly any training, you are just thrown into it and expected to know how to do it all, otherwise you will get an email or constant micro managed (but rarely in person training). High turnover rate, makes people do double duty. No growth opportunity.

Ventajas

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Desventajas

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
