Ventajas

I met some lovely friends who are now a part of my life.

Desventajas

Team Leaders do virtually nothing unless you nag them. HR does the bare minimum to help so their backs are covered but don't really care or help, payroll screw you at every turn by messing up your pay and take no responsibility for their actions. Only employees that are held accountable when something goes wrong are the agents. No room for progression unless you brown nose and bend over backwards, even then it's not guaranteed. This job became so stressful that I got very ill and vulnerable, I had to quit.

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Desventajas

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
