      1. Firstsource is a leading BPO company that consistently supports employees in their career growth within the organization. 2. It offers an excellent work environment along with strong employment benefits and facilities. 3. Whenever I have concerns, I feel assured because the management, HR team, transport team, and admin team are always available to address issues and work toward resolving them promptly.

      Desventajas

      Food in Cafeteria is not that great.

      Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

      Desventajas

      People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
