Desventajas
Very little home life, Pension Scheme is an annuity, lack of 4 day week(all the local competitors do), allocated annual leave, zero sick pay for first 7 days then 60% thereafter, robust management, 4 weeks annual leave(all the other bus operators offer 5 weeks), lack of incentives to retain staff long term.
