* Decision-making can be slower than in less regulated industries. Although necessary, the combination of compliance, legal review, governance, etc. can make things feel like the move slow for someone accustomed to nimble decision making.
* Modernization requires patience and employees have to manage expectations of timeline on some of the corporate improvements.
