Ventajas
I had a great time working here out of college. -Your fellow engineers are really cool. Everyone is extremely helpful and wants to see you learn and grow. There are the occasional villains but overall justice prevails here. -The management team is really strong both in knowledge and professionalism. -The internal training is probably the best there is in any company, I have compared with a lot of old classmates in other jobs for this. -You will leave with many useful and transferable skills. --The company is very strict and professional, if you describe yourself as a rogue or rebel type personality you may not flourish here. This environment is ideal for people who are team players and can follow orders. -Pay is very solid and those who put forth their best effort will be rewarded handsomely. -The building you work in is VERY new and nice. -There is minimal micro management for the most part.
Desventajas
-As an application engineer there is too much influence from sales. -The progression rate can be slow for an impatient youth right out of academy(college). -Things are old school here. You can't drink beer in the office and make crude jokes. Trust me on the second half...
