Ventajas
You hear all the horror stories online about abusive companies and work environments but I have never once felt that my voice didn't matter or that the people I worked with didn't care about me. Evergreen is truly an amazing place to work. They offer lots of team building/extra stuff for staff who like that such as breakfast on Tuesday's and company painting nights as well as financial compensation for our work. Last year the entire staff was given a $3 raise to account for the rising cost of living. We usually get a bonus every year that is more than anyone else's that I've ever talked to and although I hate health insurance in general I think we are given good benefits with the best price our company can find.
Desventajas
For the company as a whole I don't have a lot cons. Of course there are coworkers that I don't like working with but I can't really blame that on the company.
