Good university to work for, but could be better...: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Instructional Designer en Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University

Salary could be more competitive. Pre-COVID they were not very flexible with days in which you needed to be home (sick child, etc) and you had to take PL. During COVID we were able to successfully transition to remote/WFH. Post-COVID they are requiring us to return to the office (which is really dated and depressing). Very unhappy people! It seems like a archaic system for such a future-thinking university!
