      Ventajas

      Coming from the outside you already know more than 90% of the company with regards to Industry trends, How and What people Buy, and likely the better way to operationalize or execute. They know how to invent things but not productize and certainly not take to market.

      Desventajas

      EPAM has a ton of systems and micro-manages everyone to excessive levels of data entry on what is happening (daily). Everyday, a raft of new systems, rules, products (that are not products), and capabilities are introduced so it is very hard to know what is important versus what is not. Very tribal and silo based.

      Ventajas

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Desventajas

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Desventajas

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
