      Ventajas

      It's a product based company. If you are a developer, you get to code a lot. Very nice work culture and friendly environment. Also no dress code.

      Desventajas

      Work distribution is sometimes messy. Also, no one follows proper structure while coding. Sometimes, it becomes hard to manage the code base. Salary is somewhat on the lower side.

      Ventajas

      It's a product based company. You can get first hand experience on DevOps engineering.

      Desventajas

      The company does not pay well. Many employees are currently leaving due to this. The company has been bought by Motorola Solutions and it is working together with its sister company situated in bangalore called Kodiak. Even though both unit is working on same product, the kolkata unit gets paid less in all aspects e.g. employees' salary, picnic budget, etc.
