      Since a lot years was an amazing side for working after they are removing a lot benefits in the company

      Desventajas

      Mix schema payments, not has an own culture and identity. In a whole time that I worked on it, never the company pays any bonus

      They have a lot of talent to learn from

      Desventajas

      They try to save as much as they can in everything, thus likely they would rather find another cheap engineer instead of giving you a raise
