Competent individuals are brought in, seemingly just to compensate for managerial shortcomings, while professionalism is only a facade. High turnover speaks volumes, with sales staff cycling out every few months. Expectations are unrealistic, especially considering the lack of example-setting from those in charge. Respect is demanded rather than earned, and the leadership approach prioritizes formality over real support or structure. If mental well-being matters to you, consider looking elsewhere.
