      Ventajas

      Its radical everything. 1) Team practices radical candour. Feedback is direct and unapologetic. 2) 100% growth focussed yet not in your face. Leadership team takes extra care of not bullshitting, not burning us out, and being mindful towards team. 3) Founders practice radical transparency. No question too difficult or too secret. Very open and transparent. 4) They treat the team as equals and as adults. (very refreshing for Indian startup)

      Desventajas

      1) Not for everyone. You have to be willing to learn, unlearn, relearn fast. 2) Company doesn't brag about their good qualities or achievements online. So, lot of the good points or stories

      Desventajas

      I think this will look like a paid review if I don't leave a con, so here goes nothing- WFH might not let you enjoy some of the listed pros. But even WFH is often considered a pro in most people's books
