Ventajas

Chances to improve certification status.

Desventajas

Besides no raises that I previously mentioned, they have recently opted out of providing new hires with company phones, which is required. And I just found out if my work phone breaks, they won't provide another. This is something that they require, but isn't like buying a screwdriver! This company sucks and I would never advise anybody to come to work for them. I still will do my job like I always have, but as always, I do it for my team, my customers and to keep a job! I will never do it for this company!

Ventajas

- Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

Desventajas

- Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

Ventajas

Management is very nice, contract client was good

Desventajas

low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
