Ventajas

It's remote, at least for some people

Desventajas

-No raises, ever. Unless you qualify for a raise based on race or gender choice. -Poor management -Unqualified managers, who were promoted based on race or gender -Did I mention you will never get a raise here? -They will promise to pay for certifications and then never do any of that, its just a tactic to get you in the door. -Managers harassing employees is a common thing here. I have personally observed an employee get harassed and then fired for speaking out about being harassed. Compucom HR is very quick to try to cover it up. -Being understaffed is what compucom does best.

Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

Ventajas

Management is very nice, contract client was good

Desventajas

low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
