Ventajas

Good "food in the door" to IT.

Desventajas

No raises for 5 years, haulted bonuses. Corporate offices are so disconnected from the daily workings of field techs and dedicated on-site techs. They hover over lower management and make all of the decisions for them, resulting in cut staff. Our contract has been gutted and we can no longer provide the level of service the client needs. Everybody is stressed. nobody can take time off because we're already under-staffed. I have never seen a turn-around so fast. A year ago, I loved working here. Now it's time to jump ship to a company that actually cares about employees.

Ventajas

Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

Management is very nice, contract client was good

Desventajas

low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
