Ventajas

- Payment is prompt - Decent colleagues - Promotional ladder is straightforward

Desventajas

- Early shift is very early, but calm for an hour. - Lunch is short, though facilities are decent - Upper management likes to fire employees. - Some employees instantly go to maternity leave once the contract is signed. This causes alot of friction for management hawking down staff for the day shift. If you're a decent employee but say no to random shifts, they'll remember.

Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

Ventajas

Management is very nice, contract client was good

Desventajas

low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
