Ventajas

Lots of good people, lots of exposure to current technology, hands on servers, switches etc.

Desventajas

Managers are overworked which means that techs take on some of that load or suffer because of it. antiquated ticket system, lots of driving and lots of sitting in traffic, LOW PAY, low mileage compensation (no adjustments when gas goes up either).

Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

Ventajas

Management is very nice, contract client was good

Desventajas

low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
