Honestly, not many. Every week, we have a meeting where we can voice anything that hasn't been working well, and we discuss how we can fix or improve.

Terrible leadership that doesn't know what their doing across the board. Lots of bro culture that leads to favoritism and leadership that not only enables, but encourages inappropriate and unprofessional behavior that HR does nothing about. If there is any push back then people are pushed out of the business or leave before they are made to leave. Questionable financial decisions that I would caution anyone considering joining to consider.
