Ventajas

Highly skilled technical support team, customer oriented. Training provided. Management interacting with all employees and loyalty is appreciated. Overall good team work and fairness.

Desventajas

20 days holidays per year, although I guess is the standard nowadays.

- Some incentives other than monetary for sales team - Regular inclusion in company meetings

Desventajas

- Lack of progression for sales team - Too much information witheld from junior staff - Lack of customer emphasis. Too often, customers would wait weeks or months before an issue was resolved. - Telesales manager too focused on their own development to help the team improve - Turnover is way too high for a company culture to flouriosh and values to be shared

1.The company invests in employees personal development and always encourages. 2.Everyone works well together including the management who are very supportive and always have time for everyone. 3. Diversity 4.There is no gossiping or conflicts as such 5. Everyone is an expert in their filed hence it is a very good environment to learn of others 6.Customer service focused 7. The company is flexible and takes personal circumstance in to consideration when it comes to time off or hours of work or time to study.

Desventajas

Not enough of team outings/ charity events.
