Ventajas

Comenzó en ventas de nivel de entrada. Bueno para aprender a hacer llamadas en frío, aprender los conceptos básicos de la venta, conocer gente excelente que puede convertirse en amigos. La gente es genial.

Desventajas

Buena gente, cultura tóxica. Parece que los departamentos se odian entre sí. El producto tiene un gran potencial pero la ejecución está mal ... por eso, el cliente suele ser el que paga por un mal servicio o por tarifas.

Job security. People are generally great.

Desventajas

Job security was high because of so much turnover they couldn't let you go. Less leadership, more reactive management styles. too much red tape to get prospects through to close. Internal teams can hold up customer movements to close. Hourly pay.
