Ventajas
There are hardly any Pro’s that I can list down here. Honestly in my tenure of 3 years which is a good amount of time to spend in any company, I don’t have a lot of company pros that I can mention. Only pro is that if you are an old employee, who is married with children and want to do a no brainier 9-5 job, it’s the best place for you.
Desventajas
It is a typical Lala company which runs on pure play biases. If the owner or the ones who are favourite to him like you, you are fine. Otherwise it’s a struggle for you to even get a simple idea approved. There is a no growth for anyone as the company is suffering heavy losses. The management has no authority whatsoever since it’s a one man show. Everything revolves around his mood and his whims and fancies. I wouldn’t recommend anyone who wants a good career growth to join.
