Ventajas
This is by far the best work environment I've ever been in. Great team, great culture, and great cause. Opportunities for growth, excellent management, and great incentives!! Absolutely no negative micromanagement here unlike other places I've worked in...
Desventajas
Perhaps too many "employee appreciation" events ... My waistline is NOT happy! :) reading over past reviews, the common pattern is being "burned out." I can see how that could eventually happen, but if you know you are being appreciated, the intensity is worth it.
