Ventajas
Codel Software is a small business that supplies cloud based HR Software (absence management, appraisals, training and employee handbooks) to small, medium and very large corporate companies. Because they deal with some huge businesses, they are ISO27001 certified and the whole structure is very professional, not like your average small business. I prefer working here to places I've worked in the past. The people I work with are friendly and helpful. The two Directors of the firm encourage regular social events, with the company often footing the entire bill. The small team all know each other and there is a good team atmosphere. The company also offers flexible working options for the right roles, and are a supportive workplace family
Desventajas
There aren't any major downsides to working here, most people who join tend to stay. I suppose one downside is that there is a lack of diversity in decision making, given that the decisions are always made by the same two Directors within a small team, but there is a management structure and that will evolve as the company grows.
