      Ventajas

      No pros can be found at Codafication

      Desventajas

      Technologies used are microservices both front-end and backend. Poorly manage that would take half a day to know someone making new changes that affect your work and or find something going wrong. People are political and talk bad about each other but do not focus on the problem. Coffee without milk is normal. The laptop is so bad that not even able to handle the mess of architecture. No architecture specialist on the team.

      We appreciate and are always grateful for feedback from employees, past or present. We understand not everyone enjoys the fast-pace environment that comes with working in Tech and the challenges and opportunities that presents. When we met we would have been a growing startup trying to find our way in the world. Now that we’ve grown up a bit we’ve got milk in the fridge, as well as kombucha and beer on tap for when we celebrate. We have some fantastic people working for us currently, with an above industry average retention rate and formal processes for annual reviews.

      Ventajas

      Lovely team, great office facilities and location. Technically still in startup phase but run relatively well with some mature processes and management despite that. There's plenty of room for learning and growth for those looking for it. WFH model is easily one of the best you'll find in the market right now.

      Desventajas

      Sales lead development model. Things are still workshopped out before development with a loose product mindset, but just means the pipeline will all be client-driven initiatives.
