Desventajas
I see it more of a positive, but there's LOTS of change going on. Don't come in expecting a consistent day-to-day workflow, because how we did things a few months ago has already changed and will continue to! You have to be ready to roll with the punches but there are so many ways to be PART of the change, not victim to it.
