Ventajas
Really none. The people that labor here are nice, but lack confidence to expect an appropriate work environment. The bank clients are hoping to have a sustainable solution and CheckAlt cannot deliver and very high attrition.
Desventajas
It’s the worst work environment that I have seen in 25+ years in banking. The abuse and the dismissive attitude does nothing to support loyaly employees. Company on a downward spiral, employees are used, while treated poorly, then replaced.
