Ventajas
This company is all about it's culture! They strongly promote a great culture and this can be seen on a day to day basis. Fun activities means that people from different departments who may not interact for work, are friendly and happy to have lunch together.
From a work point of view, there is lots of room to grow and experiment. CarsGuide is a tech company that wants to push boundaries and they let their staff do that. The senior leadership team does a great job at keeping the whole business up to date with whats happening in each department, so you always feel apart of everything and connected.
The office is also in a great location in Surry Hills.
Desventajas
It can be difficult to include interstaters in fun events, which I think can make them feel a little alienated from the Sydney office.
